All of our photo products are made and processed in Switzerland to the best of our ability and to a high level of quality. Should you nevertheless be unhappy with the photo product you have received, we would be happy to replace it in line with our customer satisfaction promise.
Please send the photo product back to us for inspection. To do this, please use the returns form.
Please note that we can consider your request up to 10 days after dispatch of the product. If we expect an improvement in the new production, Bookfactory will replace the defective product once free of charge.
We also carry out repairs for photo books in our studio. We ask for your understanding that we charge a basic fee of CHF 25.- for the assessment and evaluation of repair orders.
In the event of damage caused by transport, please contact our customer service team within 8 working days with photos of the damage and packaging. We will forward the damage to Swiss Post.
